Dear Patient,
Second e-mail.

Hi there everyone. Once again thank you for reading this newsletter. Our following newsletters will contain health news only, as well as articles on different subjects of interest, much the same as the old newsletter: Vibrations.

The first month of going solo is nearing its end. Thank you for your patience. Some of you have asked to be removed and I have tried to do that. Please excuse the ones still slipping through and thank you very much for taking the time to let me know that I should delete you. I receive between 20 and 50 unwanted e-mails per day and know the irritation of being contacted without my consent.

As you know, I have a full time office at the Gym as I indicated above. I would love to welcome you at my airy, bright, available office. Hours are 9am to 4h30, Mondays through Fridays, but I can be available from 6am to 8h30 pm. The extra hours would be on appointment only. That also includes Saturdays. I still do "call-outs" which will be no extra charge, except the normal fee of R180 per person per consultation for every new patient and R150 per person per consultation for existing patients.(This will also be the case for e-mail consultations)

My Motto as always: How can I add value to your life? How may I serve?

"Please forgive me." I say this to acknowledge that something - without me knowing what it is - has gotten into my body/mind system. I have no idea how it got there. I don't need to know, either. I simply caught the program that is making you that way.

"I'm sorry," I am telling the Divine that I want forgiveness inside myself for whatever brought it to me. I'm not asking the Divine to forgive me; I'm asking the Divine to help me forgive myself.

"I love you" transmutes the energy from stuck to flowing. It reconnects me to the Divine. Since the zero state is one of pure love, and has zero limits, I am beginning to get to that state by expressing love.

"Thank you," I am expressing gratitude. I am showing my faith that the issue will be resolved for the highest good of all concerned.

What happens next is up to the Divine.

How often have we realised that indeed this is a new day?

It is the most amazing thought to me! Yesterday is gone and tomorrow? Who knows? All I do know is that today will certainly have an effect on tomorrow, and, if we believe the quantum physicists, it will have an effect on all of our yesterdays as well.

A Thank you Letter

Today I just wanted to thank all the people who respond with questions and problems on my site and also on my facebook profile: Wvc Jbay.

It is so good to know that you all care so much for your own health and wellness.

Which brings me to the reason for my blog entry today: Wellness or Healing.

Someone once said: Healing is so yesterday! Wellness is TODAY. We always have the choice between these two extremes. Healing will deal with your symptoms, while wellness will deal more holistically. Eat right, Drink Right and above all THINK RIGHT, and you will not quickly, if at all, need a doctor or a chemist.

If you would follow the indications on my site for the correct diet, YOU WILL BE WELL.

It does look a bit of a "spartan" diet, but it will only take a short while before your body will feel so much better that it would want the diet. If you on top of the diet have 6 meals a day, you will be surprised at the energy and zest you will experience. Not to talk about getting to your target weight quite easily.

Please let me know how I can assist you in your quest for wellness.
